J D Vance and his entourage flew into Aspen for Christmas in an Embraer 107, cool plane!
 
One TFR is over Snowmass Village, probably where they are staying. The other one is not over one of the regular ski areas but might be for backcountry skiing. Just a very strange location.
 
I would guess the TFR over Snowmass Village covers where they are skiing, and the other may be over Castle Creek where they may be staying
 
FAA Registry does not reflect Vance having any type of certificate. He must have passengered in, like a whole host of others.
 
Of course, he came in an Embraer 170.
