J works Friday and Saturday nights so unless I have some honey do stuff I should be clear to go
 
Bummer. I'm having an appendectomy on the 5th. Can't lift over ten pounds for two weeks. I guess that precludes flying.

I'm still trying to figure how how I'm going to pee. I guess I'll have to enlist Chris' assistance. :goofy:
 
June 13th works for us. :D We need an airport identifier though as we are not very familiar (yet) with all the airports around... :redface:
 
There's actually an outside chance I might be able to make this one. Depends on when (and how - as in drive or fly) I get back home to get my place squared away.

Tim, I would ask how one even finds such a picture. However, a.) I don't think I want to know, and b.) I don't want to be in the middle of this discussion. :yikes:


Anyway, I will check my schedule, but would like to try and be there if I can make it work.
 
Have you seen the Fiat commercial where the guy drops his little blue pill and it lands in the Fiats gas tank. Now I tell ya right now that there's funny.

I haven't seen any suggestion, but please, it shouldn't be too early - I am definitely not a morning person... :redface: Around 12 pm would be great.
 
Plane is down for annual. Have a crack in my exhaust riser on #5 cylinder needs fixed, and mech wants me to warm her up and recheck some lower-than-desired compressions.

Been to all places mentioned. MIE's diner is . . . different now. Columbus was pretty good IIRC. If my bird is out of annual, I'm there.
 
By the way: Oliver and I will be at Linden Airpark (9G2) next Saturday (6/6/2015) at around 10 am and then for quite a while, if weather permits - and it looks like it. :) There is a Fly-In, car show, and pancake breakfast. In case you are ready for some exercise, you can do a 5K run or 1K walk... :D

Thanks Martina, I hope so too. That fly-in at 9G2 looks fun but I am sure she won't be ready by 6/6 :-(
 
I have seen a lot of ideas put forward, but is there anything settled?

If so, please post a location and time.
 
I think MIE is settled we just need a time. Different folk fly different distances so 1300 local has always worked pretty well. Ed spearheaded this one so I will leave this with him.

Besides Martina needs her sleep!!

Although, even though I started this, it turns out we have family coming up from Florida, and all of us haven't been together in over 20 years. So, depending how things shake out, the Frederick gang might be out. But we might pull double duty as well.
