For ~$295k (piston) no less. I'll tell you what, if that spec is real I'd seriously give up a bit of useful load in a six to buy that. 760lbs left after full fuel isn't shabby. I wonder if that includes the oxy system necessary to be at FL200? Not a turbo plane either, it's an IO-390.

I will admit it does look slick, and that I'd love to see one, but I'm skeptical too.
