Issues Downloading Approach Plates on Garmin Pilot for Android?

(Switch to iPad/Foreflight is not an acceptable response here, for multiple reasons)

Anyone having issues with getting the approach plates to come up on Garmin Pilot for Android. I'm running into this issue just today. Stored charts won't download and airports are all showing "no georeferenced procedures." Anyone else having this problem? Did I accidentally screw up a setting?

I like Garmin Pilot but had to give up on the android version. Mine was very unstable, kept locking up and shutting the ap down when I tried to view a approach plate. Broke down and bought an Ipad mini, the IOS version of Garmin Pilot seems more polished. It's been stable and has more features than the android version.
