While most Transportation Security Administration employees are busy groping people or taking naked pictures of them, the cops say one of those employees was putting fliers' electronics down his pants.

The Broward Sheriff's Office says 30-year-old Nelson Santiago stole around $50,000 worth of electronics over the past six months from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport's Terminal 1.

Thank goodness that the TSA followed all procedure regarding background checks and security credentialing. They found no problem with their procedure in regards to the Santiago case. 'He was caught which shows the systems works' I am sure that some official with the TSA will have said in order to rationalize the hiring of Mr. Santiago and his actions as a fully qualified, investigated and supervised employee of the elite TSA special underwear operations. I feel safer know that men like him are not on the street grabbing old lady's purses and instead are allowed to commit their crimes in a safe and secure manner far from the public.
 
Remember, kiddies, if they can steal & smuggle stuff out, they can smuggle stuff in....
 
Every group of people has those who don't follow the rules and/or laws. Not an excuse, just an observation.
 
Been sorely tempted to use a material on my undershirt that would show up on the nude-o-scope screen. Start painting some sort of message expressing my opinion on the entire security theatre.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking... but since my shorts are in such a bunch, over this, I think the shirt is the better spot...

10% of any given group of people are complete screw ups. It seems like the TSA, is hiring all the ten percenters they can get their hands on.

I've met a couple decent TSA agents, and they arent all bad people. That being said, I've met my share of TSA agents I wasnt very fond of.
