"Hater." Pretty simple. Ed and Nick are examples of iHaters.
I don't buy Apple stuff because of some odd love affair with Steve Jobs. I buy them because they work and they work well, because if they stop working I can talk to an American (in person even) to get them fixed, and the entire user experience tends to be fantastic because they put a lot of time into getting the little details right.
Apple's not perfect - I was not satisfied with the build quality of my previous MacBook Pro (though my current "unibody" MBP has been beat to hell and not a single dent, love it); and there are some little details that seem to have escaped them. But they still tend to beat the heck out of other products on the market for the average user.
Nick may jump in here and point out the things that the iPhone can't do that Android can, but in many cases the things that Android "can" do are things that only geeks can/will do while the iPhone works very well for the average user. As an example, my mother is an "average user" and loves her iPhone. When I got my iPad I let her see it and she didn't give it back for four hours! (I was quite shocked by her reaction to it, usually her reaction to any new technology is "That's silly, what would I want that for?")
So, I consider myself to be a very satisfied customer. Some people spell that "f-a-n-b-o-y." Frankly, I don't care what they think - I'm still a satisfied customer.
