By LTE I assume you mean cellular? How many GB of storage?

the ipad mini 4 does not have pencil capability.

My error. The ipad has 128 gb of storage. And by LTE, yes, I mean cellular.

Oh. The iPad mini 4 is not capable of interfacing/interacting with the apple pencil.
