Working on my IFR training. I would like to make a stop at KCGS during my training as possible a part of my long xc. My plan would be to stop there and head out of FRZ then on way back fly through it. I have my clearances and PIN number but since I’m not ifr certified my CFII files the flight plans under his name. Are we able to use my PIN number to fly into the FRZ?? My instructor my have a PIN for all I know, haven’t thought to ask.
