Intermittent new DG

I just got my DG swapped with a used one. On the ground it works perfectly... Inflight it precesses like crazy and is useless. Any ideas why this might be? I'm guessing a kink or leak of sorts, though the suction values are more or less the same between ground and flight.

Before someone suggests G5s... Yes I'm going to get them, but I'm just limping my garbage vacuum system along until I can get them in.

Edit: the AI still works perfectly

No, just a free DG from a buddy that got G5s, that being said it was working for him when removed. Maybe this is just the price of free?
 
I think so....with all the G5’s being installed, I’d make a few calls. I’m sure there are plenty of working as removed theyD rather get $50 for than give to the garbage man. Does Jesse saint have one?
