Doubt it. I've been spending a lot of time in Helsinki lately and their English is spot on. Even their idiomatic English. I'm guessing they know EXACTLY wtf "WTF" means.Awesome!
But it probably stands for something entirely different in Finnish.
I wish FAA would allow more than two consecutive letters.
I always find it amusing when people from other countries use the F word with their accent. Does anyone know if the F word originated in the US? Mulligan you probably know?
