B-19 Beech Sport with a 180hp upgrade essentially making it a Sundowner. Looks like there's some MX issues that need to be cleared up but the engine is low-time and appears to be a solid IFR bird.

They're asking $28k, but with the MX and outstanding AD offering $20k may not be beyond reason?

I like the newer engine...but for me it would depend on that paint...I don't normally think of paint rated 6/10, as also needing to be redone soon, as he states.

On a side note, that last picture, of the kid in the sunglasses, is weird.

I actually prefer one door (less door seals to worry about, less wind noise, etc) but I'm not the norm.

I wonder how they put the 360 in there legally. When I last had a mouse there was no way, stc's or otherwise, to swap in a different engine.

What's so weird about it? It's probably the guy's teenage daughter and she looks to be sleeping. If you're going to insult someone's kid, do it personally or don't do it at all.

No, but any one of us could be, or he could be a pilot on POA. Any of us could take such a picture and we probably wouldn't appreciate a bunch of guys calling our kid weird or creepy.
