Snorting his way across the USA
Here is a sample video. I chose it, not entirely at random but primarily because it best supports my question.
Forget about the big trucks and land trains (or not, if you're Ted or otherwise in to that stuff and some of it is actually somewhat cool) my real question is regarding the background music. Upbeat, instrumental, lounge jazz of the type you would expect to hear playing at the Hilton's happy hour buffet. Nobody really pays attention to it, and it's not something you would just sit down and listen to on your own. Or maybe you would, if the middle aged woman in the formal evening gown that you intended to pay $3,000 for her company tonight failed to show. Maybe it makes people buy more drinks. Who knows. It makes me want to attack the antipasto bar with force.
What genre to you classify it as?
