I tried putting an inline image in a post on my iPad Air2 with iOS 8.4. As soon as I tap the photo icon at the top of the WYSIWYG panel, Safari immediately closes. The problem was repeatable several times, and continued through a reboot cycle.

I tried putting an inline image in a post on my iPad Air2 with iOS 8.4. As soon as I tap the photo icon at the top of the WYSIWYG panel, Safari immediately closes. The problem was repeatable several times, and continued through a reboot cycle.
I've noticed that too - a bug in the Safari browser. Nothing in a web page or a Java script is supposed to cause a browser to crash. My work-around (other than using a different browser) is to manually type the img tags around the url:

[img]http://someplace.invalid/image.png[/img]Of course the faux keyboard on an iPad makes typing those brackets an interesting exercise.
