IFR Weekend ground school recommendations?

Can anyone recommend an IFR weekend ground school? This is not my first choice, but I'm traveling almost constantly for my job and it's the only way I can see it happening.

Preferences
1) An actual ground school, not a questions cram course. Multiple consecutive weekends are OK
2) Location preference Raleigh, NC, then east coast.

Sorry if this isn't what you're looking for, but have you considered a cram course (even self-directed) to pass the written and then DVD videos (Sportys, King, etc) for the knowledge you'll need for the flying (plus your instructor, of course)? You can get study apps for your phone (I've used and can recommend Dauntless) and if you convert the DVDs they can be watched on a phone and/or tablet (making them easier to watch while traveling).
