IACRA web issues

So I submitted an IACRA application and now I'm unable to log back into IACRA. After entering my credentials and clicking log-on the system just loads and loads and then times out.

Yes I'm entering my password correctly, and no there's no prompt or anything after clicking log in.. just seems like an internal failure. Has anyone run into this with a solution?

I've tried other browsers and clearing the cache with no luck. I'm hesitant to reset my password to the screw up the system worse. Checkride is Monday so help would be appreciated!

Disregard. I think IACRA was down for maintenance for a period of time.

Sounds like you're good, but in general I'll mention to others that stumble across this thread that if IACRA acts like it should be doing something and it's not, it's probably because you've got a pop-up blocker killing a window that the web app is trying to open.

I’ve had ALL SORTS of weird issues, ALL OF WHICH were solved quickly and easily with the 1800 help line. Who knew?

Most were I had the one version of this or that operating system… update or use another device and get the job done.
