See, just to be on the safe side I’d go 5280 or more AGL. But of course... all hypothetical. Drat it.
 
If you’re in the back, can you log the time as dual?
 
Was he cleared into Bravo?

What approach did he use ?

What was on the pre flight and cruise check list?

Retract or fixed gear (I have no idea what that could possibly mean).
