How long of a flight can your spouse handle.

The only thing stopping us from non stop WA to MN is the size of the fuel tank. ...

Same here. We fly long legs and usually just stop for fuel - if his bladder lets us...

We plan 3 1/2 to 4 hours legs and it's quite likely that we have two of those legs in our flight plan. I guess it's a difference if both are pilots... :D

My wife seems to be able to handle any amount of flying -- but I'll never hear the end of the time we got stuck in Tahlequah, OK for 5 hours waiting out line of weather.

One hour without Dr. Laura on the XM radio, 2.5 if Dr. Laura is on.

Oh good Lord above, no - I'd never flip the master switch on if there was a chance of hearing her voice...

Mine will last significantly longer if there's something fun at the far end. :)

CJane does not prefer longer than two hours, but will tolerate it. When we used to fly to Tallahassee all the time to see Granny, we used to stop in Natchez (or thereabouts) to gas-n-stretch, but once I had my own plane, with (importantly) GAMI Injectors and a fuel computer, and I showed her how well we could do it non-stop, she came around.

I still plan for 3-hour legs.

No worries, I make sure the audio panel is in pilot isolate so that those pesky ATC radio transmissions don't auto mute Dr. Laura ;). Of course it means that I can't hear Dr. Laura. Darn!
