How can Boeing get blamed for this?

Were they over-flying a Boeing factory? Or office?
 
To the mind of the media (driven by their wallets), it was a Boeing airplane and therefore Boeing's fault. They tell people to believe that and many do.

Feeling pessimistic this morning, but mass delusion has been around for a long time.
 
I think the more important questions to ask is did the deceased ever work for Boeing and was that person dissatisfied with the company?
