Hello, I just joined, I am a flight instructor in South Florida and I am currently looking for a job. I wanted to join in to learn about any local flight events and maybe learn from all of you too.

Obviously just a guess but every time I’ve flown around down there, there is a crazy high percentage of international flight training students. If that dried up from Covid the instructor to student ratio is probably leaving some without work. Curious to hear his reason to see if my guess is founded.

Pretty much this it seems.

Thankfully most people in FL are over all the Covid restrictions so the locals are out and about and the economy is starting to heal, the international schools seem to still be trying to figure out which way is up
