Hello ... did you see the flares?

Must be a ***** trying to fire a flare gun out the window of an F-15. They must have a little “coin slot” where they can do it.

With election season heating up, it won’t be the last. Watch out for those TFRs moving all around.

I think it's the third weekend in a row Trump's had a TFR there.

What I want to know is why some airports get notches in the TFR circle but others don't.

Of course the one without (N72) is the one I go to...

Can't say I've noticed that before, and have no clue why that is ...

Of the two not notched on that middle ring, one is private and the other is a Class D. My guess is that likely has some influence on the not-notched.

I was referring to N72 which is only a half mile inside the upper ring, which is actually a different TFR. One's centered on where Trump lands, the other is centered on his golf course; the times are different.

Warwick is a great little airport I used to use it when my sister lived there. Shame TFR is shutting you down.

4 of them for tomorow- KOSH, KMKE, KMSP, KMKT, one for Tuesday at KNYL, and I've no doubt there will be more next week that haven't been disclosed yet.

Let's all be careful out there.

It looks like they may not actually be in the TFR. The icons on the sectional are bigger than the actual airport.

They are still in the testing phases but the TFR guards are coming from what I hear.

The difference seems to be if the TFR falls slightly behind the airport verses bisecting or just inclusive of the airport.

If they did not do this bubble, an airport just outside with an edge touching the TFR is essentially the same as if it were inside. Effectively limiting flight ops to straight-in on the opposite side and no go-arounds allowed.

The airports where the circle puts them just outside, there is a bubble to allow for a traffic pattern.
