Ugh 30ish direct headwinds (Direct to 3CU is hdg of 337) . I swear this seems to happed every timme I head to the NW.

Oh well the Cheq Fat Trie Festival should be a fun time.

yea its going to be a killer downwind soaring day in minnesota and iowa today. strong northwesterly flow, low dewpoints.

I had that a few times. Coming back from North Carolina my ground speed was 60 mph. At one point I could see the interstate below me in Ohio and cars were passing me. (
