Headset walkie talkies (solved, thanks)

Anyone have a recommended solution to allow 5 to 6 folks to talk among themselves wirelessly using over ear headsets? I don't care if it's cell phone/app based or walkie talkie style radios. What I do need is something that works inside a building over a range of 500-600 feet, uses PTT and over ear or in ear so as to not make noise.

There is a phone app that lets you create your own channel and control who can use that channel. I just forgot the name of it.
