ANSWER: Nobody.

I have reservations at Crystals! no not the restaurant but my wife is making me Osso Bucco! Then I am getting laid!

Aw, man, and I didn't get you guys anything.

My reservations are at my dinner table: steak, wine, a box of chocolates, and last night's episode of 24.

I'm so romantical.

... last night's episode of 24.
Crap! I forgot that there's a new season, prolly because I didn't watch the HateBowl, and the premier followed. How is it compared to the Kiefer version?

I saw episode 1 after the SB, then watched a rerun of #2 this weekend. Episode 3 was on last night but I watched a basketball game instead.

Compared to the Jack Bauer version:

Bad things happen.
Good guy gets caught in the middle and stops bad thing.
Good guy realizes bad thing is actually a greater conspiracy.
Good guy takes off to break up conspiracy.
Good guy can only trust one person.
Good guy gets into trouble.
End of episode.

Repeat 23 more times.

Sooo, pretty much the same.

So far the new guy hasn't used his teeth to tear out the throat of a bad guy like Jack did.

After 12 years (almost) of marriage, candy and flowers don't really matter much. Just a waste of money really.

Got her a card and I got the same thing. We'll probably grab some quick dinner on the way back from an appointment with our son. It's just another day of the week.

Never really got the point of Valentine's day, but..have a happy one if you are celebrating it.

Man am I glad I'm not married to you cheapskates. Except Mari. I bet she would have bought me something nice.

LOLOLOLOL. You don't know me very well. I'm there with @SkyDog58. I don't do Hallmark holidays either. ;)

But here's a :cheerswine: for you!.

Where's the LIKE button! Add me to this list, although we will go out to eat tonight or tomorrow night. Maybe.

I went over to the card store yesterday. A couple of guys were coming out as I was walking in. Another couple guys were at the counter, and another 2 or 3 were crammed in front of the "Valentine for Wife" rack. We all looked at each other and laughed as 2 more guys walked over.

Somehow I don't thing the tool section of Home Depot is crowded with ladies looking for just the right torque wrench for their special Valentine.

Yup. Just went by Walgreens down the road and the lot was packed. Hardly a space left those crazy last minute guys were there in force. But I found a spot. ;)

I buy a handful of cards and then put the ones I don't use in a hiding place for the next year. Man, was I ever lucky to find the ones I bought three years ago....

I have reservations for a party of one at the Chinese takeout on concourse B of KATL

Ooooooh, airport food, party of one, so far winning as "Worst Valentine's Dinner of 2017".

The White Castle was delightful. The jalapeno burgers were excellent, as was the bacon burger, and the regular cheeseburgers. Their fries are OK, nothing to complain about, they're good hot, just not as great as some other places.

Reservations only, that's right, I had window seats.

Roses are red, violets are blue, if he's busy on v-day, the side chick is you.... :D

My favorite part of today has been going to the supermarket and watching all the guys standing in front of the flower counter with that clueless glazed over trying to figure out what kind of tampons to buy look on their face.

I ask for seasoned fries at WC. That's the way I like 'em now.

Onion petals are better. Just don't call it "WC," that's country for where ya go to pee . . .

I got the wife a new vacuum! And a pair of earrings. She was tickled pink and went nuts vacuuming last night. We had a nice chuckle later on when she mentioned how most women would be irate if they got a vacuum for valentines!

She gave me a new "Mason's " belt buckle. Very nice.

I usually make a card and get some small gift. Last year it was a refill bottle of nice perfume. This year I did exactly as instructed - bring her to a local NY pizza place and have a quiet dinner.

Cheap flowers and a cheap box of chocolates from the grocery store? Yeah, no, thanks. I like her more than that.

As long as I do something nice for my wife's birthday and our anniversary, she is happy. She tries to make my birthday special as well. Those days have real meaning for us so we celebrate them. She doesn't care about valentine's day or similar made up holidays. Though she really likes it when I buy her flowers or a gift on some random day. I like it that way.
