Happy National Coming Out Day

Don't get me started.....our company is having a coming out barbecue because we're so "diverse". Not taking issue with the topic, but when are they recognizing us old farts that still have a brain or 2, as contributing members. Diversity is good......but don't forget about the rest of us!

And yes, I'm an old fart....getting curmudgeonly...is that a word?

It is a bit unfair... maybe the US should follow Japan's lead and have a national holiday to honor old far- I mean, elders (Respect for Elders Day).
