Wow - jump on that before they have a chance to hang up the phone!
They will have an opening when one of the planes in that hangar sells; he said it should sell soon. It is a little more inconvenient but is located in a town that I work in twice a week. The airport manager is very active on the premises, and IA/AP/pilot, and aggressively pursues FAA funding. They are making a host of infrastructure improvements at the moment after having a decline in the past. The current parish (county equiv.) president has the manager's ear and seems to understand the importance of having a thriving airport.

<200 for a full T hangar

0 after we get ours built on private land

Not living in the city pays its weight in gold

Once your wingspan goes over 40 ft, cost seems to go exponential….

Yup, the M350 in the hangar is getting charged near $700, so I heard. I started at $275 for my 182 then it jumped to $400 once new owners took over. The increase in wingspan, 2'10", cost only $50. Oddly enough, the line crew tell me it allows better 'stacking' than the 182 due to the lack of wing struts. So, I get charged more to enable more aircraft to fit in the hangar...brilliant! :)

New Business Idea : STC to make Navy style folding wings on your Skylane. You’re welcome.
