Hacking Team Hacked

Has there been a thread on last week's hacking of Hacking Team? If so, I missed it. I'm curious to know what knowledgeable people think about it.

The revelation that some of their passwords were ridiculously weak seems to me to betray some overconfidence (or arrogance?) on their part.
