Good learn to fly book for a kid?

I have a 7 year old nephew that flies with me and loves aviation. He wants a book that teaches him how to fly a airplane and how everything works.
Do y'all know of a good book for him?
Not looking for a kid book, heck he is more advanced than me

“How to Land a Plane” by Mark Vanhoenacker (the author of “Skyfaring”). 58 pages of well written plain English, in a conversational tone of voice, about an entire flight (not just landing).
