Good Article on Beatles Then and Now

I am a "1st generation" fan. I was 10 years old when The Beatles made their first appearance on Ed Sullivan. My parents refused to let me watch this one, but they relented the following Sunday. I watched their second appearance the following week and have been a fan ever since. A few years later, they returned to perform Hey Jude and Revolution. Watch them then also!

The Beatles were probably the most important rock band to date, along with Pink Floyd, and the Stones.
 
Where were you 50 years ago?

Me, watching them in the barracks at NAAF Andrews.
