Garmin 340 audio inputs to 'Karaoke' mode?

I know this is an option on the PS Audio panel, but I'd like to see if there is the option for setting the Garmin 340 to not mute my audio input when the intercom comes on.

Right now, I have to move the Mic away to sing along on those longer flights...

I have the same problem - where is that setting? Taken care of during the install?

Per the manual, there is Music 1 and Music 2 inputs. Music 1 is the muted input. Music 2 is not. I'm guessing I can just pop the top of the avionics stack and plug it in to Music 2 instead.

I'm hoping that the switch I have on the dash for amplified/non amplified inputs will still function. What I need is the installation schematic.
