Winter Pre-Heating at the tie-downs/or transient without electricity is the job for a Red Dragon and propane/hose/battery cart setup. Those are $500 plus propane and 1 hour waiting time.
The little battery packs like the Ecoflow Delta 2 are a great unit and they let you use an EZ-Pad sump heater for up to 5 hours or a Tanis 6 cylinder band/Sump pad system for 2-3 hours. Then you can just recharge it in 45 mins and use it again. They cost $1000 and a long waiting time also.
I have a Delta2 with cellular switch built in for $650 and waiting time is 0, if you start it up remotely from home. There is an expandable battery pack that can increase the heating time to 10 hours if needed. Pics below.
