After weeks of my examiner canceling on me I finally took my check ride yesterday and passed! Now the real fun begins.

I am working on a writeup. As luck would have it my dad ,who is also a pilot, came down this week from illinois to visit and he got to see it. I got a chance to have him as my first passenger. We are going to fly to Galveston Thursday.

Thanks everyone! I am extremely proud of this accomplishment.

I plan on drilling plenty of holes in the Texas sky! I have traveled all over this great state by land. Now it's time to discover it through the air.
