Free SRM Dashboard for GA Pilots – Looking for Feedback!

I’ve spent the last few months developing a free, web-based Safety Risk Management (SRM) tool designed specifically for General Aviation and small operators. It’s completely private (all data stays in your browser's local storage—no servers involved).
