Been stopping there for years. Betty, now deceased, used to have homemade cakes, cookies and desserts there as well. 
In the past, they had a guy cooking burgers on demand. If you called in 10 miles out, you could tell them how many burgers to grill so they would be ready after you landed and fueled your plane.
