Foreflight reloading

Friend put on ios5, and it wiped all the apps.
He is trying to get FF back on and it is asking for payment information.

I think it probably tries to verify payment info on every app, even free ones.

Yup, just enter your Apple ID and password and it will register just fine.

Is Apple asking or is ForeFlight? You don't pay to download Foerflight. You pay for the subscription once you LAUNCH Foreflight. He probably needs to type the username/pass his Foreflight subscription is registered with into Foreflight.

And if it doesn't take orgnically, email FF's support and they will help. Had a hiccup once where the subscription wouldn't take. An email to support got it fixed within 24 hours.

Same thing happened to me after I installed OS5.

I opened FF and it said I was on the 30 day trial. I went to the account information and I had to re-enter my FF log-in information. Then it indicated my account information, proper expiration/renewal date, and I re-downloaded all my charts again.
