The authority on this would of course be foreflight.com/pricing, however my understanding is that:

• Glide Advisor is in all ForeFlight subscriptions
• Hazard Advisor is in Pro Plus and Performance Plus subscriptions
• Profile is in Pro Plus and Performance Plus subscriptions
• Synthetic Vision is in Pro Plus and Performance Plus subscriptions
