Foreflight deleted Airport comments?

Looking at least 3 airports I have commented on, I noted all comments were gone for about the last 24 months.

With 6.7 did they hit the flush button? I look at comments and use them to plan. Now, they're all delete except for the really old ones.

I see remarks and comments for airports and comments for FBOs.


EDIT: I initially saw comments for airports, then I went to another airport and they didn't show up when I went back. I moved off and came back and they reappeared.

There may be some kind of delay or problem in loading the comments but I don't think they flushed them. It seems like if it has trouble loading the comments it defaults to the message "There are no comments" or whatever - even if there are but they just didn't load.

Send them an e-mail. They have always been very responsive to my questions.
 
Fwiw I saw the same thing. And when I minimize it and reopen it sometimes it won't be on the same screen I left it on.
 
Sounds like they have a gremlin....
 
I have software technical support experience and from where I sit, FF has some of the best tech support there is. Pose the question on their support website and I will bet that you have an answer within 15 minutes. Their goal is to answer all questions within ten minutes and from what I've seen, they accomplish that goal.

Great tech support group.
 
I'm not that motivated.....lets be honest. I know they monitor here. That's good enough for me.
