Anybody know why some of the winds on the altitude advisor would be blank? See below. I get this occasionally, and today was another occasion. Seems to happen while in flight using ADS-B, not while on the ground connected to the internet.
I mean, I assume it means it "doesn't know the wind at that altitude", but why not? In the example below, does this mean it has only received "some" of the wind from the ADS-B data stream but not all? Seems unusual that it would have enough data to calculate the wind component at 5,000 and at 11,000 but not 7 or 9.
