N11512 Is officially for sale.
1974 Cessna 150L
The aircraft has just completed its annual, zero hours since completion. Done by the meticulous and unforgiving North American Flight Services in Saratoga Springs New York. Since I have owned 11512 All maintenance has been on time and meticulous. We all know how this game works, and I have refused to participate in the small airport game where you slip an A&P cash for his signature while doing the work yourself and risking lives. Since I have owned the aircraft I have added a Garmin 327 TX, garmin 250xl moving map gps com (garmin refurb <200h) replaced the carburetor instead of rebuilding a sticky accelerator pump, and replaced a mag instead of rebuilding. Every annual and 100 hour done on time and by professionals that do not cut corners. The new avionics were installed by Bill Hanf at Green mountain Avionics. (6B0) Never has anything been skipped, skimped, or a corner cut. Main Wheel pants included.
Continental 200 appx. 1250 SMOH, (2000h TBO)
Actual compressions: #1 78/80 #2 78/80 #3 78/80 #4 76/80
Carb, L mag, GPS, TX, <200h
0 hours since out of annual. (North American Flight services, 5B2)
Interior 6/10
Paint 8/10
You can fight with crust old 150's and have to do a $4000 annual or you can get into one that needs absolutely nothing but insurance.
Asking $25k including delivery, or $21k if picking up
