Flying from California to Oshkosh in a Grumman Tiger / part 4: Going Home (video)

Yay! The last one... Love the vids. Hate that is you, not me.

But, I shall endeavor to persevere. One day, I too will be airborne again. Perhaps before year's end...

I hope you get airborne again soon!!

Great job! Maybe I will fly my Tiger to Osh someday.

Wow. Awesome video! Love the editing and the 'feel' of the whole series. Thanks for taking time to put it together!

Nice job on the video. A trip to remember.

Opening scene, zooming out whilst timelapse plays...
I like it. I may try it.

Thanks everybody for the kind words. I'm glad others have enjoyed the videos.

Shameless plagiarism. The sincerest form of flattery. :D

To the OP. Really enjoyed the series! A lot of time and creative effort invested to that result. Thanks for sharing. I'm 1200 nm one way from OSH, and made my first treks starting in the 1990s in a Cherokee 160. I could really identify with the situations you had to deal with.

I'm in awe of all of you PoAers that have the talent to create such videos.

@mr_happyland You have got to watch the last one with captions on! Oh, you Californians, freebasing and chasing women in Grummans! Well, something like that.

Such a hoot! Loved the series! Flying around weather, rainbows, and even Mason City! BTDT! A long time ago, when the millennium falcon was just a twinkle in someone's eye!

Ha!

Thanks for the flight... Gotta say, you looked a bit tired in a few shots. But I reckon aviation overload will do that to a fellow.
