Flu then Pneumonia

I started 2023 with a flu diagnosis. After 12 straight days of having a fever I went back to the doctor. Diagnosis “walking pneumonia” in my right lung. Treatment Z pack and albuterol inhaler. Assuming everything clears up in the next few days, is there anything of medical significance here?
 
Treatment Z makes me think of a popular anime and a potential case of Dragonballs.
 
From the instructions for question 18:

"Do not report occasional common illnesses such as colds or sore throats."

Pneumonia may be reportable, but as the doc says, not a problem.
