FltPlan.com No Own Airport

I fly from my own airstrip which is not registered with anyone and several programs will let me designate the site as a user site so I can use it in flight planning.
The FltPlan.com support staff told me today via email that FltPlan.com wants an FAA airport, although I can use a lat-long. But, I can't designate the lat-long with a unique r quick recall.
Too bad.

why not file your stuff to/from a nearby intersection/navaid/airport? Does your private airstrip have approaches/sids/stars or something that you need to file?
