It is often said that the first step on every missed approach is to climb...
Except when it isn't...
To Wit: The ILS RWY 14R approach into KBFI. Assume you are just reaching TOGAE (or even worse, have not quite arrived there yet) and, for whatever reason you want to imagine, you need to execute a missed approach. Your first step is not to climb. You first step is to continue straight ahead and descend to 1500 or less until you are 5.6 miles past the approach end of 14R at OCEZE where you can finally start climbing.
Always remember, "Never say Always".
