Bryon, There is quite a bit to do in this area. When are you coming up this way? Here's a quick list but I'm sure I'm forgetting some stuff.
1) Dozens of wineries around the lakes (especially Seneca)
2) Watkins Glen Racetrack- Something always happening on the weekends
3) Warplane Museum at KELM-Elmira just south of Seneca
4) National Soaring museum at Harris Hill right near KELM(Schweizer factory is on the airport grounds
5) PA. Grand Canyon is just about on your way. Beautiful from the air or in a raft trip.
6) Ithaca is on the southern end of Cayuga home of Cornell Univ.- very nice area.
7) The Windmill is a large open-air farmer's market type place in Penn-Yan on the Northeast end of Keuka.

Let me know if you come up this way and I'd be happy to help you out in any way I can.
I'd feel remiss in my duties if I didn't mention that 7N1 near Corning is south of Keuka and Seneca and run by the nicest folks in aviation. Corning Glass Works also used to put on quite an impressive factory tour. I haven't seen it in a while.

Nope, but I landed there in a nasty Xwind last week monday. Go juice was $4.39 - most I have ever paid anywhere.
