Good news is I've already got several hundred hours in type:

Gear swing checked out ok, but the hot sections need a little work.

I believe they all had 3 blade props from the factory. I had a few prop strikes on my last one, and experimented 2,1, and 0 blade props. Honestly no change in thrust.
 
I remember playing with that, or something very close to that, when I was younger. I always crashed when the props stopped spinning.
 
I had a yellow one that was the most durable airplane I've ever owned. I think it had a lever underneath to spin the props.
 
I owned a red one of these in conjunction with a Hercules C-130..
 
Nice!!! I assume yours is the aerobatic version too?
