FBI probes Chinese investment in Icon

It's not just Boeing. GE was hiring out or planning to hire out engine production to China years ago, having draftsman re-do the blueprints to substitute their alloy codes for ours, or so the "rumor" went. Not that I knew any draftsman in their Schenectady office. Anyway, if you contract out to China for production, I have zero sympathy when someone else in that country starts producing near identical components competitively.
