FAA Medical and Myocarditis

Does anyone have experience with obtaining a Class 1 Medical with a previous diagnosis of myocarditis? I am looking to start flight school and don't hold any medical at the moment.

Went to the ER a couple years ago and was diagnosed with acute myocarditis. Symptoms resolved within a few months and haven't taken medicine for it since then. My cardiologist says my heart has no lasting damage and my ECG looks identical to before I had myocarditis. Does anyone have any experience in dealing with this? Am I looking at a lengthy and costly route to getting my medical?

I would expect no issues, but I'm not the FAA.
If you had any idea of the cause that may help (though much of the time it's not known.) You get an EKG for first class if you are 35 or older in any case (not ECG).
