Man I miss the good old written trip reports with pics.

So many people in small planes (including me) would be happy just to make it Bimini or the Bahamas. I can't believe they went to T&C's (damn the diving there is awesome) and then even farther.

Flying to/from/in the Caribbean isn't hard (bahamas are not the caribbean) on a piston single, it's just expensive as all get out. That sours things for those of us for whom cost is an object. I wanted to take my Arrow from TX back home to PR, but the costs and logistics has tempered my enthusiasm for it. If I lived in Florida I could probably swing it with much more ease, as the cost is halved, making it worth the hassle.
