Parked next to this guy just before Christmas. Coincidentally the exact spot where I started taking flying lessons in ‘71.
They are awfully sweet looking aircraft- King of the Ramp kind of stuff. Given that I’m builder, owner, operator of my own 4 place traveling machine, I can easily put myself in that seat. But if I had that kind of discretionary dollars, the certified route is just too attractive in the turbine class. It’s kind of DIY fighter jet badass in a segment where having a PC-12 with a loo and room for more friends and toys far outshines it, even with a very personalized paint scheme.
