Equity Share in 5 Aircraft - $4,300 – Chicago area

This is a group limited to 50 pilots and we have a few members looking to sell their share. We own five aircraft based at Naper Aero (LL10). All of our aircraft are IFR certified and 3 have Garmin 430s. The following are wet rates and based on tach time.

N79955 1969 C-172 Skyhawk $79/hr
N9636V 1975 C-172 Skyhawk $79/hr
N3008U 1979 PA28 Archer $95/hr
N9348Y 1961 BE33B Debonair $125/hr
N114EL 1981 PA32-301 Saratoga $138/hr

All partners pay about $150/month to cover fixed costs. These are extremely well maintained planes. Online scheduling, excellent availability, and no penalties or daily minimums for multi-day cross country trips.

What does the $4,300 include? I know there is a monthly fee but is this month to month or some long term contract.

Please provide any additional information.

I'm from the Schaumburg area but do most of my flying out of PWK.

Hi Jon,

$4,300 is a one time fee and you are allowed to sell you share at anytime. Each of the clubs 50 members at one time purchased a share of the clubs 5 aircraft. Based on current assets less liabilities each share is currently valued at $4,300.

I sold my 1/5 share of a Cherokee 180 based at Schaumburg to join this club.
