Emergency landing

Any other cheeseheads on here hear anything about this? Sorry for others on the board, but this is about the best reporting you can get in Milwaukee.
Well, "landed on the airport runway with its wheels up" sounds like a normal gear up, either because the gear failed to properly extend or the pilot forgot to extend the gear. Pretty much a non-story.

Was just curios becuase that's the airport I will be training from in a couple of weeks.

Unless it was your instructor or the plane you're going to be flying involved, it will have zero impact on you, other than from a curiosity/titillation standpoint. Nothing to see here. Please just move along, folks! :D

That's about all I heard, and agree with Grant. It may have been marginally interesting if it was someone enroute to KOSH, but it sounds like a local guy.

Welcome to PoA! What are you flying for your training?

Unless "wheels up" means this.

I'm going to be flying cubs for my sport. I plan to eventually move up, but right now flying under the sport regs is perfect for me.

While you are out there consider getting some glider experience. I got some dual experience in a Schweizer and it was a blast.
